All users must have an active account to use this service. No guest posting permitted. Users must follow the registration process which includes identity verification.

Registration:

The registration process is mandatory for all users and requires the disclosure of your real first and last name and a valid email.

Identity Verification:

Verification of every registered user is fulfilled through a dollar charge to a debit or credit card. This dollar charge serves as the annual subscription permitting, you the subscriber-user access to this service for a calendar year.

Subscription:

All users agree to enter annual subscription in order to gain access to this service. The subscription is paid during the Identity Verification process and renewed annually. The purpose of the subscription offsets expenses incurred so we, the provider do not need to seek advertisers like other similar services. If your subscription lapses, you loose the right to access this service.
